As this blog develops and the posts increase, this index will help you find the recipe you’re looking for. All recipes cooked on the stove, will be written and created specifically for cooking in your AMC cookware. Where possible, I will keep them waterless and fat-free, but sometimes you need to add a little indulgent flavour! If cooking in cookware other than AMC, remember to increase the amount of liquid and oils or fats that you use.

Help please – Tell me how to do a good beef steak in your pots
Hi Danie
The best way is to preheat your AMC, with the lid on, over a medium temperature until the gold indicator on the Visiotherm reaches the first red area. I would then brush the steak with oil and place in the pan. Maintain medium temperature and keep the lid off. Brown steak on both sides and cook until done to your preference. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak and how well you prefer your meat cooked. For a 2cm thick steak, I wouldn’t cook longer than five minutes. Hope this helps, and enjoy the steak!
