As a new AMC Consultant, we know you have questions. In your sales folder that you receive when registering and attending training we include the AMC Sales Procedure document. This document shows you the basics; how to complete an order form, how to sell on credit etc. It also answers frequently asked questions such as how your customer can pay their accounts, how to deal with returns under guarantee and much more. If you require any further information or are unsure about something in the document, please discuss with your Sales Manager.
