How to wash your new AMC Cookware

Congratulations!

If you have just received your new AMC, congratulations! We know you are excited to start cooking in your new cookware, but before you do, we highly recommend you wash your AMC cookware before first use. This ensures any protective wax coatings are removed. Stainless steel is one of the easiest materials to clean so washing in hot soapy water is usually all that is needed to keep your cookware clean. 3 easy steps to wash your new AMC cookware:

1. Wash your cookware in warm water with dishwashing liquid.
2. Use the soft side of a sponge to wash the inside and outside of your cookware.
3. Rinse your cookware with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

Now you're ready to cook up a storm in your kitchen!

• If you need to use the scourer side of the sponge in your AMC, do so in a circular motion, following the polishing lines inside your cookware.
• To protect the high shine of your cookware, we recommend that you clean the outside of the cookware with a soft sponge or cloth. You may see a faint circular pattern on the surface, this is from the polishing process and is normal.
