MAP is our internal management development programme for the future leaders of our great company. There is no qualifying criteria to attend. If your Sales Manager puts your name forward as a shining star, then our National Sales Director will review and perhaps extend an invitation because you have management potential. During the MAP programme you will acquire the necessary skill set needed to manage and grow your own team.

Bulelwa Ngwenya - I just want to express my gratitude for the opportunity that AMC availed to me as a consultant. The MAP programme was more than I expected.  It was such an amazing experience and opportunity to go learn about the business at large and particularly about the product itself.

I now understand the numerous opportunities that are available to me in AMC. The MAP training demonstrated to me that the business is serious about equipping the consultants with enough knowledge to go as far as they wish to go in the business.

have started implementing the different sales strategies presented at MAP.  Just one month after the MAP training I have gone from having 1 to 4 stokvels. This is just the beginning of great things.
