We are all aware of the announcement by our state president this week, who has taken decisive and responsible action to protect our people from the spread of COVID-19 by declaring a 21 day lockdown. For more on Covid-19 in South Africa, please view this page.
During this period, all of our Sales Centres will be closed as well as our Factory and Support Centre. Staff will be working from home where possible and will be available to assist customers. To contact customer services, please do so via our social media platforms or by emailing email@example.com. We can even assist in making remote payments or deposits if you require that service. We will always get back to you as soon as possible.
We will also be running some specials during this time. You're welcome to place a cash purchase online, or contact your AMC Consultant if you would like to place a PriceSaver or Interest Free Credit Order. Your consultant can do so digitally, and all your paperwork will be emailed to you.
Please note that all orders placed during lockdown will be kept aside for you, and will be delivered directly after lockdown ends.
Even in this time of turmoil, AMC is still a brand you can rely on. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be spending quality time in our homes, with our families, cooking and eating together, and we encourage you to do this too. At AMC, we are glad that we can contribute to healthy meals in the homes of our customers.
We need to put society’s common interest above our personal interest - we are all in this together. Stay home, don’t take risks, keep calm, be kind, and remember to wash your hands.
