Special Combination 27 brings together our much-loved 24 cm Gourmet High and our 30 cm Gourmet Paella.

Our 24 cm Gourmet High is an essential stockpot - perfect for preparing soups, stews, pasta and pap for families of four to six. Generously sized, it easily accommodates 500 g of pasta, four cups of rice, or a whole chicken with vegetables, making it a true everyday favourite. Pair it with our 24 cm Dome and Seal to create a double boiler, ideal for gentle heating and melting.

Think of our 30 cm Gourmet Paella as AMC’s take on a wok, only more versatile. With its rounded sides, generous depth and dome-shaped lid, it is perfect for large paellas, stir-fries and pasta dishes. It also works beautifully for soups and hearty one-pot meals. Large enough to hold three cups of rice or six pieces of chicken with two cups of rice, it is ideal for those who enjoy bold flavours and cooking with a twist.

Both units have stainless steel handles and move effortless from stove to oven, without the lid.

Our “Akkutherm” base is engineered for outstanding performance, combining two layers of stainless steel with an aluminium core, pressure-welded into a single, inseparable base. This ensures even heat distribution, eliminates hot spots and keeps food warmer for longer after cooking. It is also induction compatible for modern cooking surfaces.

Side Walls

The side walls are made from a single layer of stainless steel that stays cooler during cooking, supporting a natural condensation process for waterless cooking. Visiotherm®
