Description

Our 24 cm Gourmet Roaster is perfect for casserole-style cooking for households of four to six. Ideal for favourites like fried rice, bobotie, poached fish fillets or slow-cooked chicken portions, it brings versatility to everyday meals. Deep enough to pot-roast a whole chicken with vegetables on the stovetop, it also offers extra capacity when paired with an AMC 24 cm Dome as a lid. Finished with stainless steel handles, it moves easily from stovetop to grill for beautifully finished dishes like cottage pie or bredie topped with golden dumplings. Spacious enough for eight chicken pieces with 1.5 cups of rice or a whole chicken with vegetables.
