AMC cookware is made from premium 18/10 stainless steel, valued for its durability, excellent heat tolerance and non-porous surface. It’s a safe choice even for those with metal sensitivities. In addition to its strength and safety benefits, stainless steel is hygienic and easy to clean, ensuring your cookware stays looking and performing at its best for years to come.

Our “Akkutherm” base is engineered for outstanding performance, combining two layers of stainless steel with an aluminium core, pressure-welded into a single, inseparable base. This ensures even heat distribution, eliminates hot spots and keeps food warmer for longer after cooking. It is also induction compatible for modern cooking surfaces.

Side Walls

The side walls are made from a single layer of stainless steel that stays cooler during cooking, supporting a natural condensation process for waterless cooking. This gentle method allows food to cook evenly while preserving texture and flavour. Using minimal water or liquids enhances taste and helps retain valuable nutrients for healthier meals.

Visiotherm®

Our lid knob features a built-in thermometer called the Visiotherm®, an essential for cooking the AMC Way.
